Shipping Policy

We are able to deliver Australia Wide.

All deliveries are made to kerbside (or dock) of delivery Address. If there is special delivery requirements/constraints please inform Channon as there may be a requirement for such things as tail gate delivery vehicle etc. If you would like to know what the freight charge is prior to placing your order, please call us on 1300 657 977 or email info@channon.com.au with details of your requirements in order that freight can be calculated for you.

When you place an order via our website, the freight charge is not calculated and added to your order online at the time of placing the order. It is clearly stated on your order receipt that we will advise of freight charges and advise you before your order is processed and payment is received as we must also check stock availability.

If your delivery is required to go up stairs, in a lift or there is a special requirement involved and Channon is not notified in advance prior to the delivery date, the delivery may be refused by the driver and you will be required to pay a fee to have the goods redelivered. The purchaser acknowledges that it is their responsibility to provide labour and equipment to unload and position the goods on site at the purchaser’s expense. All transport is at the purchaser’s expense and must be organised through Channon prior to shipping.

Insurance for goods in transit is not included in the purchase price. If insurance is required by the purchaser, it must be arranged by the purchaser either directs with the carrier or their insurance agent.

Purchase price does not include unpacking, placement or positioning of equipment or connection to services or removal of rubbish and packing crates.
